AML & KYC Policy
Our anti-money-laundering obligations and the checks we run on UK players.
Tower Gaming N.V. and CrazyTower UK operate under the AML obligations set out in the Curacao Master Licence framework and the supervisory rules of Antillephone N.V. We also align with international standards drawn from the FATF Recommendations.
Risk-based approach
Every player is risk-scored at registration and continuously thereafter. Scoring uses jurisdiction, payment method, deposit velocity, gameplay patterns and PEP/sanctions screening.
Customer Due Diligence
- Standard CDD at sign-up: government ID, proof of address, source-of-funds declaration
- Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) for high-volume players, PEPs and elevated-risk geographies
- Ongoing transaction monitoring with automated alerts for unusual activity
Reporting
Suspicious Transaction Reports are filed with the relevant Curacao financial intelligence unit without notifying the customer, as required by law.
Player obligations
You must provide truthful information and respond to verification requests within the deadlines we set. Failure to cooperate will result in account suspension and a freeze on any pending withdrawals until checks are completed.
Sanctions
We screen all players against UN, EU, OFAC, UK and international sanctions lists. Matched accounts are blocked and reported to the appropriate authority.
Training and audit
Our staff complete annual AML training and our procedures are independently audited each year.
